I paid for two keys and only got one I paid extra for smoothing the edges and got none.
I had a key made at Ace Hardware that didn't work, the key machines at Walmart couldn't copy it, but I tried this one at Kroger and it works great! I would definitely recommend.
I copied a house key at a key machine in Kroger. There is a lock in the handle as well as a deadbolt. Both take the same key. Unfortunately, the copied key only works in the handle lock but not the deadbolt. Frustrating. HOWEVER, when I contacted them, they promptly gave me a refund. Customer service done right!
