Waited 40 min for tech to call. Never called Then called back to cancel and they informed me that no one is in the area. Teerible
I was connected to 2 call centers, only to have a guy "try" to charge me $145 for a job that only cost me $80 from another company. He wanted me to pay before they even agreed to come out. Why in the world, would I pay you before you come out? Pure stupidity! Then he tells me, "it's only a hold". Yep, holding my money until I get someone face to face.
