I called the location nearest to me for an after ours lock out. I got 4 calls from different numbers from 4 different technicians within 15 minutes. The first technician wouldn't quote me how much it would cost over the phone. He had no way to perform non-destructive entry and insisted the only way to open the door was drilling the deadbolt. From the time I called for service to a technician being present was less than an hour. However, I was quoted $250 but charged $295. I was told the quote didn't include a service fee. Beware of hidden fees from this company.
