Dispatcher was shopping during the call as I could hear so much retail background noise. When the tech called he could not speak English in a way I could not understand. Acted as if the dispatcher gave him no information. Did not use service.
The machine did not make an accurate copy of key and I paid for 3. Complete waste of money.
Easy and simple to use. The keys turned out perfectly! I'll make use of this again should I need replacement keys.
I was thinking that since it was 100% guaranteed to make you a precision cut duplicate key.... that's what I would get. 20 minutes and 20 dollars later, I got home and not 1 out of 3 keys I had made worked. I was disappointed, to say the least!
