Based on the reviews I decided to give them a shot and call to figure out the steps and an estimate. I explained that I simply wanted a copy of a VATS type key with a resistor (older car) that only opens the doors (so without the resistor and ability to start the car). Whoever answered the phone call, kept asking me questions I already answered, didn't understand what I was asking, and after a brief moment hung up the phone.
