Called to get help unlocking gas cap. Went to call center, explained situation, she mumbled something after a bit and said “have a nice day” and hung up. Reception was fine. Bizarre, horrible customer service.
25 minute wait for them to show up, look at us when the car kept locking itself like we knew how to solve the problem. Charged me $350 but at least they got the job done
Easy to use. Very accurate.
I needed a spare key. The one sent to me works and has the transponder. I’m not sure if the transponder is so the alarm doesn’t go off or needed to start the car. I originally wanted one because I’ve locked my keys in my car several times. Thought this was kind of expensive but since it not only gets me in the car but allows me to drive it to that’s nice
