The kiosk I went to did work but I was confused about the designs because some would be “shipped in 3 to 5 business days”. There was not anything that said that prior to selecting. There should design options readily available at the kiosk rather than waiting for it to be delivered to you.
I purchased a new key yesterday, I went home to open the door, and it didn’t work. I went back to the App and couldn’t get through, based on some five digit code I had to use.
Kiosk doesn’t cut car keys
Extremely bad experience. Copy key does not work. Lost my money... Never use this machine or recommend anyone.
I might have been lucky that I had a fairly standard key to copy. I didn't want to have to order one. I was able to get the key copied at a kiosk in a local grocery store rather than making a special trip to a hardware store. The key works and I'm happy about that!
