This review is for the company as a whole and for the kiosk location. KeyMe in general is super responsive and resolved my issue very quickly with little hassle, and for that I am grateful. Looked like the key I had made at this kiosk was not in the machine, so they had to ship it to me. Upon receiving it in about 5-6 days, the key did not work. I called KeyMe, reached someone almost instantly, and they resolved the matter promptly and shipped out my new key. I will be receiving it soon, hopefully it will work. However, if i... read more

They said it was buy 2 get 1 free... but I got charged for all 3 keys and only 1 out of 3 keys worked. Lucky I gave 2 stars, only because the fun experience and 1 key did work.
