I lost my mailbox key and called KeyMe to help with picking and replacing the lock. Their locksmith said it will be 125$, but then they sent another locksmith the next day and he told me that 125$ is just the installation of the new lock, while picking the old one would cost additional 175$ (total 300$). The work was done fast, but the communication about pricing is very misleading
Do NOT get a key made by these people!!! I had a key made 2 weeks ago, paid $500, and a week ago it stopped working. Called and let them know what was going on. They are trying to charge me AGAIN for a new key. These people are terrible to work with. They actually used the fact I didn’t answer the phone while I was at work as a reason to charge.
