We had our key locked in the ignition of our car, and they were able to rapidly arrive diagnose what caused the lock up and remove the key without damaging the ignition or the key. On top of that it was very affordable and the customer service was phenomenal!

If I could I would make my review ——10!!! What a Horta or company this is. First of all the customer service is just none existing with these people. In the last two days that I tried to reach a manager to have them fix a huge problem that I had with them, I got hanged up on 5 different times. The problem that I had to begin with, my son called the company after his keys got locked in the car, some fat sweaty guy showed up and started threatening him to pay him, after my son payed him…..he didn’t unlock the car, just sat in ... read more

Great service if you need a key right away, the price are double what a stored locksmith charges... Next time I'll plan a trip to a locksmith instead of the kiosk..

Got a key duplicated at the kiosk machine and it didn’t even work. They charged $10 dollars plus tax vs me going to a locksmith place and it cost only $2.75 plus tax. Not going here again.
