Awful customer service and very expensive. Locksmith came and opened my safe but didn’t tell me to take out my belongings and that it would lock again. Now my safe is locked again and they will not come back without charging me $194 again to open the safe. Woman on the phone had an awful attitude and told me that they do not have to disclaim that the door can lock again or anything and that the only way to open the safe is to pay the $194 again.
Dark..hard to see... does constantly opening and closing.. very hard to hear instructions
Obsługa maszyny jest bardzo prosta. Chciałam dorobić dwa jednakowe klucze - jeden zwykły drugi z otwieraczem do butelek. Niestety oba klucze nie wyszły jednakowe, w kluczu regularnym brakowało ząbków. Natychmiast odezwałam się z reklamacja do działu obsługi klienta. Reakcja była błyskawiczna, podając potrzebne informacje w 5 min miałam rozpatrzona reklamacje i zwrot kosztów na konto za jeden wadliwy kluczyk. Jestem bardzo miłe i pozytywnie zaskoczona - bardzo polecam
