I had the most awful experience, I truly feel taken advantage of by this company. Firstly, my technician was two hours late. He did not notify me that he was going to be this late, I had to call the company and ask. When he arrived here, I was quoted 250$ to break my door handle then I would have to buy a new handle. I said I just wanted to have my lock picked without damage if possible. He said it was actually going to be 500$ (495$ to be exact) and very quickly put the reader in my face without explaining much.
