Still annoyed! They were kindly showed up less than half an hr after I called. But to open the lock cost $195? So I told him to go. No thanks!
The technician was timely, but had the audacity to try to charge me $250 for a door pop that took him literally one minute to do. I talked him down to $100, but I will NEVER use them again nor refer anyone to them. There is no standardization of prices. After talking to the company, the summary I got was that the technician can charge whatever they please. Do NOT use this company
Very simple process, keys delivered when promised. Only complaint is that there were sharp burs on the keys and thought they could have been brushed off when made.
