The key works but is 3 times what it used to cost, and as far as I could figure out I thought I would get 2 keys.
IN SHORT: rude and unprofessional tech The guys on the phone were nice, however, the tech who was supposed to come do the service for me was extremely rude and unprofessional. He scheduled to come at 4PM, never called or showed up until I called them at 5PM, and the guys on the phone had to call him to come - he showed up at 6PM, told me to wait another 10 min.
