Simple, quick, easy and accurate.
Everything's going well so far! I visited the kiosk and received my key right away, which was awesome. For the key fob, though, I need to wait about 5 business days, and I'm still on the lookout for it. The whole process has been super easy!
Kiosk appears on Google maps as both present and open 24 hours. I arrive at the location and the kiosk isn’t open, the machine says it’ll be operable within 72 hours. Maps shouldn’t indicate it’s open until it’s open. Second it’s inside a Safeway with an 11pm close time. It’s difficult to see how the kiosk will be open 24/7 inside of a store that will be closed.
This kiosk is an absolute joke. It failed me when I needed it 4 years ago and it failed me again today. Just go to Home Depot if you want to be able to copy your key right then and there...this kiosk will only ship to you in 3-5 business days. They will claim that it is because your keys are "specialized" but what are the chances that my 2 apartment keys, mailbox key, and my girlfriend's parents' house keys are all "specialized"?
