They are a middleman- They dispatch a secondary company (some Long Island NY Company) that was totally incoherent and called me a total of 11 times just to confirm I still needed the service. I solidified the time they could get to me the next day and they agreed. Then they call and tell me they would be there 3 hours later AT the time they were supposed to be to me. The wait was long. Sometimes you have to wait for what's worth it. I guarantee you will be met by courtesy and proficient service. If you want the job done right, go here. Maybe you'll meet a lull in business... otherwise wait and not be disappointed. 5- star service and professionalism at 100% No regrets.
