At first, I thought this was some fly-by-night company. However, I was totally wrong. The entire KeyMe kiosk turned out to be first-class. It was a smooth process with not a single issue. I gave them my email address during the process. When it was completed, I had my two keys made and received a full email confirmation receipt. They also gave me their callback number in case I have any problems. Outstanding organization 👏 👌

I bought 2 keys, got the third for free. The free key did not work, it does not match the locks.

KeyMe has taken a sad fall from when it was the first real key duplicating kiosk. The selection is poor, the keys are covered in burrs that make your key malfunction, and it seems to take even longer than it used to (12 minutes to cut three keys after the 15 minute trip through their terrible touchscreen menu is atrocious). This dip in quality seems intentional so that you buy the $2.99 upgrade to cut progressive sloped teeth on your key instead of traditional teeth.
