Nice surprise to find the machine in my frequent grocery store. AND the key works!

KeyMe has taken a sad fall from when it was the first real key duplicating kiosk. The selection is poor, the keys are covered in burrs that make your key malfunction, and it seems to take even longer than it used to (12 minutes to cut three keys after the 15 minute trip through their terrible touchscreen menu is atrocious). This dip in quality seems intentional so that you buy the $2.99 upgrade to cut progressive sloped teeth on your key instead of traditional teeth.
