Too many ads/commercials & up-sales for the amount of $$ to get a key made. Actual keys are fine and always work well. (I've used your machine/service in other venues.) I usually choose your machine, instead of seeking out a store rep at a facility that makes keys, because of the quality and convenience. Although it's been a while since I've used one of your machines, the amount of time it took to go through all of the up-sales and then commercials was counter productive to my needs. I will have to say I'm not an expert at modern technology but the kiosk I ordered keys from could have been more helpful. I ended up getting more keys than I wanted and they didn't work like they should have. However, I called their help desk the next day and the woman I talked to was very courteous and refunded my money to my debit card and gave me tips on how to use the machine better. I'm only giving four stars, because, like I said, the kiosk itself could have been more helpful.
