Good work but price gouged me. Line item charged me for every little thing. Asked if I wanted the lock rekeyed to my old keys, I said yes. 15 minutes later, he was done. Charged me 150 alone just for that! $810 total to come out to change a lock and rekey it. They charged 250 for a "Lock out". I could have opened the door had I known it was going to be $250 just to OPEN the door. Hell, I could have gotten a whole new door with a lock for less than $800. Robbery. Get your price up front!!!
