Overpriced, key wasn't cut well, lots of upselling.
I had to go to two kiosks to find one that worked properly.
Locked out at 2am with no keys to my apartment. I called and locksmith promised me 30-40 minutes. Didn’t arrive. I asked why, and he said 30 more minutes. Didn’t arrive. I asked a third time and he admitted he lied twice because he was so busy. He ended up arriving 2.5 hours after my first call. He charged me $525 and didn’t give me any receipt. He insisted on receiving part of the payment in cash and refused to do it all in venmo. Really really really unpleasant experience. Do not recommend to anyone.
