I made three copies of a key. Not a single one worked. The scan of the original key must have been wrong since it added an extra bump to all the keys. There were also other slight imperfections that probably also render the new key useless. The keys also come out with extra metal shavings and the machine doesn't have a way to clean them off. Most locksmiths will have a double check that your keys match and make any corrections, but since this is an automated machine, there is no one to complain to or make adjustments.
Ouch... this was the worst.... the keys were just butchered...
