SCAM ALERT! -On Friday September 27, I called this business asking for assistance for a lockout. The locksmith arrived and drilled a hole in our lock, breaking it open. The locksmith said he would return with spare parts the next day to complete the repairs. This address doesn’t exist! Don’t drive here. No idea why they would list an address when they don’t have one. They are delivery only. There is a great ACE hardware within walking distance though that cuts keys!
Fast and easy!
I first called asking if they can create a key without one to copy. The person I spoke with said yes, and she said they could accommodate a time after I got off work. Within 5 minutes of hanging up I was getting calls from them saying they were nearby, as if I didn't specify a time. So I had to explain what I already explained to them, and they finally addressed my appointment time adequately. I appreciated the convenience of duplicating a key. My only suggestion is to have price information on the first page so customers know this before starting the process. Thank you!
