Couldn’t unlock my lock and still charged me 50 DOLLARS for it. If you have a deadbolt don’t bother.
Called business to ask for a price range and they asked for more details on the type of door that needed to be unlocked. After specifying details and that it was only the bottom door handle, they quoted $100 and said that it could be less. Upon arrival of the technician he immediately said $150. I had no other option as I was already waiting for over an hour. The person unlocked a simple common door in less than a minute. He charged $279. It sounds like a joke. I do not recommend this company at all.
KeyMe sends you to KeyMe page for tracking instead of to a UPS page. So if there is a problem with delivery you cannot straighten the problem out. By the time KeyMe's support responds to your problem the keys will have been sent back. This happened to me son I did not get my keys. Instead of resending the order they gave me a refund which left me with no keys. Satisfaction isn not guaranteed. Bad YELP. reviews.
