I called them to unlock my keys from my car. They said they would call back within a few minutes. I waited 25 then tried to call back and no one answered, message said they had left the office. Do not recommend
Useless. I've tried using this kiosk twice to duplicate 2 different keys - both times it didn't let me. I think most reviews of this machine should be fake.
I use their kiosks to make extra keys and fobs anytime I move and it is the simplest and quickest experience each time! I love it!
