The keys are perfect. I will be recommending Key Me to numerous people. I live in a huge apartment complex and managemrnt wants $50 for an extra key. The best part the Key Me kiosk is in the 7-11 located on the property less than 200 feet from the main door of the building. All of the mailboxes were recently replaced, many people will probably need a duplicate key. and I will definitely refer Key Me. Thank You.
Zero if I could. Called the initial number as I managed to lock myself out of my apartment by dropping my keys somewhere between my apartment and my car. I told them I have COVID, am masked, and do not need to be ANYWHERE NEAR when the locksmith called me to say they were 25 minutes out. They said "oh, I will call you right back" and never contacted me again. I tried calling the locksmith's number- no pickup. Called the main line and it rang and rang until it hung up.
