Do not use them for a lock-out service. They quoted me $29 to unlock my house “plus parts and labor” and told me they’d have someone there in 15-25 minutes. An hour later, someone arrived and said the service would be $275. At that point I had no other option. The good reviews here are sadly misleading.
They don't have KeyMe anymore
Great customer service! My key was sent to me very fast and when there was a problem with the key; they resolved the situation right away!
