I have gotten regular keys, specialty keys, and fobs made through the KeyMe kiosks and the process is so easy. I have had a couple that didn’t work, but that was more of a user error when pushing the key in and they refunded me quickly each time. Would recommend.

Do not use these guys. Were told they would call us in 5 minutes, it was 45 minutes and they never called. We cancelled and they tried to charge us still. We told them that’s unacceptable and that they never even called us when we were told 5 minutes, 45 minutes later. Escalate to a manager who said they would refund us. Then come to find out we still got charged. Now disputing the charge with my CC company. Garbage customer service.
