This is the second time I have used the machine in this Ralph's store. Definitely saved me from looking around for a locksmith shop, a vanishing breed.
Absolutely worst experience ever. We needed a duplicate fob for our 2005 Mercedes. The fob would work to start the car but wouldn't lock/unlock the doors. The "company" transferred me to a technician named David. After giving David a very detailed breakdown of what we needed (fob duplicate and a working lock/unlock function), he confidently assured me that he could do it, no problem.
