TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the guy that came to help me was kind and fast but told me there would be no damage to the lock. The next day I couldn’t open my door because guess what? Damaged lock. I called the company and they told me that they couldn’t help me at all because there was no evidence that this guy had said what he said. How convenient… thanks for the amazing customer experience.
My key is a copy but does not work. Unsure how that happened but would like a refund
