These people are unethical and I don't advise hiring them. Our first experience was an interior door in my wife's office that she locked accidentally and neither she nor the landlord has a key. The company sent a guy and he opened it in about 20 minutes for $245, which seemed excessive, but he promised us a 30% discount if we needed them again. The guy was super rude and scammed me he made a key that didn’t work and I payed him 300$ he said he was going to make another one but he took off with the car. Don’t call them there scamming you
I have never seen anything like this; That machine is amazing!! I have had the same key done by a person and it didn’t work, I put my key in that machine and it works perfectly. And my key was altered by the person that installed my lock and the machine still got it correct
