Update: Key.me called me very concerned about my review, and refunded me 50% of the charge. They were very responsive and I’m convinced that they want their customers to be satisfied by their service. I was impressed by the personal level of service, especially in NYC. Call them for a locksmith reference in a pinch. Original post: This was a con job. I called in an emergency lockout situation, they come and drill into your door and say they broke the drill bit and have to sell you a new handle and charge $1500.
keys don’t work and 5x the price of the hardware store
It was easy and fast. Price is a little high though but other then that it was good.
Conveniently located, very fast and a good price! And since it’s a machine it’s always open.
