I went to two different KeyMe kiosks before I found one that worked. I ended up calling the help line for assistance when the first kiosk seemed to reset after scanning the key I needed copied. The woman helping me on the other line was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable about the systems used in creating the keys. She guided me to the next two closest KeyMe kiosks with great directions and she helped solve my problem quickly and easily. This is an “800” style service that passes you along to another person. My first contact was to a person in India. They transferred me to someone local who did not have the keys I needed to make and hung up on me.
