Do not buy you will be waiting for days and never receive the key. It was very important for me to get this key and they think giving a refund solve everything.
A poor, uncoordinated experience. After calling them, i got phone calls from 4 or 5 different numbers, it was hard to tell who was who, and what i needed to do with each. They didn't coordinate with each other and i missed some calls because i was on a call with someone else.
The experience was counterproductive and frustrating. The sequence of instructions for replicating my keycard were vague when they were clearest.
