Made 3 keys and all worked great!
Making the keys at the kiosk was very easy. The kiosk was difficult to find. Maybe some additional signage in Menards would be helpful. All three of my keys worked as they should.

It did not properly make my key, it doesn't work. How do I get a refund?
Waste of time and money. Copied a key and it DOES NOT WORK ! BAD EXPERIENCE. I do not recommend
