Machine didn't work and took a long time to let me know it was broken.
Customer service seems to be overseas, not that I mind that in general; however, when I called with a question, there was no ability to troubleshoot what I actually needed and she just kept repeating the same unhelpful phrase. I called back and the line disconnected. Online customer support was very responsive, though still not sure if they can help my issue. We’ll see
