Total rip off. Got locked out of my car and they charged me $205 to get back in. Person was really nice and came quickly within 30 minutes which was nice, but charged me so much for “after hours” services even though it was 6 o’clock pm and their website states they are open 24/7. What a scam.
Good service you just need to make it a bit faster to get the keys beside that everything good :)
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had a tech come out to fix my ignition and they further damaged it, installed a part and charged us and left without it working properly. When we called to ask to have someone come back out they stalled us for two days saying a tech was coming, leaving us with no vehicle . At that point we asked for a refund and they claim my wife took a hammer and broke the part after tech was out?!??! I don’t know anyone who would damage their own vehicle after paying $320 to fix it.
