Made a non-urgent appointment two weeks ago and they decided to never show up, even with a confirmation. Horrible customer service, period. Taking my business to a more professional and organized locksmith.

Says 24/7 service but that’s clearly a lie! I got locked out of my house and I couldn’t get a locksmith all night had to wait 8 hours for a technician to become available
