Over $10 for a single key is crazy! Other than that it was easy to use the kiosk and have the key made.
Kiosks are great .. keys work perfectly and was convenient to make while in the store.
Key doesn’t work. I posted this to their company site. No response from the company. I still have a key that doesn’t work. It cost $10.58. They don’t care about customers.
This is a terrible key cutting kiosk. It wanted 11 bucks to mail me a single copy of a cheap master lock key because "it's a rare specialty key". It actually said that... Master lock padlock keys are a specialty key! The blue store up the street has a kiosk that will cut 3 master lock keys for 8 bucks right away.
