This is a terrible key cutting kiosk. It wanted 11 bucks to mail me a single copy of a cheap master lock key because "it's a rare specialty key". It actually said that... Master lock padlock keys are a specialty key! The blue store up the street has a kiosk that will cut 3 master lock keys for 8 bucks right away.
Listen to the reviews telling you this is a scam. I wish i had read the reviews instead of just looking at the rating. I was extremely stressed at the time as i had locked myself out of my car and had no spare key and was running late. I called them as they were the closest to my location, upon calling i was told they charged a $29 service fee and that was all the information i was given.
