Got 2 keys and both of them are not working!
Had some great experiences previously, but I tried to cut a key for my store, and after 3 keys, they wouldn't turn in the lock. At least their refund system is speedy.
$21 to cut a key that we tossed in the garbage. Didn’t feel like calling support so I just went to Home Depot who cut a perfect key
