I had 3 keys made at a kiosk at Safeway. The cost was about $29, which seemed expensive to me. After I was already committed to buying them, the machine asks if I want to “upgrade” them to get a smoother and more polished key. I am offended and say no. Sure enough, the keys I got worked, but they were very sharp and rough. Really? Your business model is to withhold the step where you smooth the key to try and make a few more bucks? I have no respect for you.
First time using it I was sure how it work. It walks you through the process. Key worked perfectly.
Where’s my receipt? I included my cell phone number to have it texted. Thank you.
