After the firat specialnorder key came back cut incorrectly (it was cut too much making the profile too small to catch the tumblers), I contacted them. Thei customer service (cs) was fantastic! They issued me a coupon code for a second cut (for free). The second cut worked as it should!
Love this idea! So much more convenient then having to go to a big box store and find someone to help you, then get in a long line to pay. It was super easy and pretty quick. The only complaint, if you can call it that, are the options for design so that you can identify the separate keys. They have one option other than brass that you can get in the machine.
