I would give this a zero star review if possible. I made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 in North Wilmington; I called 5 minutes in advance to confirm our arrival time. The technician called back to share that he was on a bridge to New Jersey. Since I did not answer their call in the previous hour, they skipped the appointment. I went with ABC Locksmith instead, and it's been a great experience so far.

A bit pushy and a tad bit condescending. I asked to call back because my wallet was locked in the car and they require a card over the phone and I simply did not have one available on the spot and would not tell me what time they closed.
Perfect fit and the price was great 10/10 would recommend for all my key needs
