THIS REVIEW IS FOR THEIR LOCKSMITH SERVICE. If you need to have a key made, I don't know, haven't used that part. I called their mobile locksmith service to come let me into my house as my lock failed. I was locked out of the house with a 6 year old and a baby. I called at 7, the dispatcher said somebody would be here in 20-25 minutes. At 7:45, I called back and asked where my technician was. They had him call me. He was the rudest person!! Directions were easy. Key worked perfectly. Great price and I liked the fingerprint option. I have not tried the fingerprint option yet. I would definitely recommend the service.
