Very unprofessional. Said someone was coming. 2 hrs later still waiting. Called back 2x only to be told to call someone else with out contacting me the pervious 120 mins. Super awful don't waste your valuable time. They don't care
Called them and was told a tech would call me within 5 mins. I waited 15 and still no call- was told to wait 5 more. Waited another 15 mins and they never called back. Very unhelpful. Could have gotten back to work much quicker if I had called someone else.
Never got back to me. Called amazing Tim instead.
You wait forever for someone to answer, then they are not really in your area, and don't stump them on a question , or they hang up and you start all over , wish I could leave a zero for them.
