Just got off the phone with a technician and when he said $210-250 I was like WOW! Told him nicely “that’s a lot of money, no thank you but I appreciate you” all he did was hung up on me!! To me that is extremely poor customer service, if someone cannot afford something you don’t treat them any less! All he was ready for was my card information and didn’t even bother to give me more options or nothing! I wish I would’ve gotten his name but whoever it was needs to get trained on some customer service!

You quoted $221 and I agreed to the service. After 35 min, when the locksmith was already here, you called and then changed the charges to $420, then to $340 after I complained as the part to be replaced only costs 25 dollars. The locksmith agreed that it was absurd, called you to inform you that the costs were too much. At the end, you still charged me with a cancelation fee for something your incompetent staff was unable to quote prior dispatching the locksmith. I feel robbed.
