I used it to get one copy of a house key. It did the job, and the key works. I didn't like all the forced options for upselling more keys, etc. And it cost at least twice as much as your local hardware store.

It’s convenient but I wish they had the graphic design keys on hand instead of having to mail it because I really wanted one of the California bear one like literally just one key and yea it’s like 13 dollars which is fine but like not many people choose a design like maybe please have 20 of each design on hand to not have to mail it because I want the key at that moment I might even had lost my key that same day maybe and wait outside my house for a week for the extra key to come

The process was quick and easy. I didn’t like waiting to receive my key in the mail. But, it arrived a few days later and it works. No problems. I am happy with the process.

worst phone-based customer service I've ever experienced. They literally hang up on you before you get a chance to ask a second question. Totally rude.
