Their first priority is customer satisfaction. I never had experienced a shop like theirs; and Honesty is their best policy. I liked the cool key that their machine made, unfortunately it did not fit my doorlock..guess what?! I emailed them my concern and boom!...Just like that,without any hesitation, they gave me full refund! Thats how shops should deal with customers, thats real marketing! Kudos to their team!
