Easy to use however the keys were sticky difficult to work. As a REALTOR for over 40 years, these were definitely not as good as keys cut on other kiosks or by a locksmith. I can make them work, but for the price, I’ll probably not use this particular kiosk again. It was also very slow @ had too many digital ads running while I was waiting. Wasn’t sure if it was just taking my money or actually cutting keys.
