I was able to speak with the actual "locksmith" (you'll understand the quotes later) at 9:03 in the morning and was given an arrival estimate of 15-20 minutes. Didn't show up until around 10:00 and then spent the next hour (for a standard low-tech doorknob pick) struggling, trying to convince me to let him use an air-bladder that would cause "...minimal damage...", and talking with 2 other Locksmiths on the phone before he managed to open the lock.
