Rude and VERY unprofessional, came out in an unmarked vehicle, proceeded to do the work AFTER we had asked them not to start the process because the prices weren't even comparable to other locksmiths in the area. My key broke off in my ignition and the guy only removed part of it, when i walked back out to confront him about it not being the full key, he proceeded to get in his car, and drive off. VERY disappointed. I would have appreciated if the person picking up the phone told me there was a $29.99 charge for a visit. I would have not had them come at that point. Also, they wanted to charge me $125 to drill the lock and $79 for a lock. To make matters worse he haggled with me. He even called his boss to haggle 3rd person. I was able to find someone to do it for $120 total.
